@game123-support, your choice to repeatedly post out of scope issue reports in the steam-for-linux issue tracker has resulted in a 24 hour timeout. To reiterate once more, please post feedback on games run with Proton in the Proton issue tracker, and add your findings to the per-game compatibility reports because we're using one issue report per game title.
Your "solution" is also incoherent.

To expand on the last comment, on desktop Linux, the Steam for Linux client has no "default compatibility layer." At some point in the past, you most likely manually selected a global option in Steam -> Settings -> Compatibility -> checked Enable Steam Play for all other titles and selected a tool. This is a user set preference.
And for transparency, the functional read of this issue report is this is misfiled feedback on a game misrendering on undefined hardware with undefined compatibility tool which can be fixed by undefined compatibility tool. This is poor communication to an extent I suspect foul play when combined with the choice to repeatedly ignore the instructions given to post feedback where it can be more useful.

With the default compatibility layer with Steam Play, a Red or Orange Color Graphical Error can occur on at least certain buildings.
Solution: Change the compatibility layer to another compatibility layer.
