Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When attempting to browse files for a non-steam game the steam client appears to run xdg-open without any arguments. Non-steam games I have are within home/user/Downloads/Games/Win, so I don't believe this is a permission issue.
Adding a non-steam game works fine as well as browsing a steam game's local files. Other apps are able to open my file manager just fine (i.e. my browser)
xdg-open itself also works when supplied with valid arguments in a terminal.
