Drug Dealer Simulator (682990) provides a launch option to set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 to bypass an Unreal Engine 4 / OpenSSL issue on Intel 10th gen CPU and newer (https://steamdb.info/app/682990/config/). This option sets the environment variable and launches the title via cmd.exe. On Windows, a Command Prompt opens and the game is subsequently launched. On Linux, this option isn't forwarded to Proton's built-in cmd.exe and instead Steam notifies the user that cmd.exe is missing because the executable is not present in the game directory.
