Description of the issue

Steam Menu in big-picture mode is visually distorted. Buttons are clickable and functional, but appear distorted.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open steam in big-picture mode.
  2. Click 'steam menu' button on the bottom left.
  3. A distorted menu appears on the left of the screen.
