Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When moving a library folder/proton version, even via Steam Interface, symlinks in C:/windows/system32 break, leading to a lot of games breaking with the only solution being to delete the prefix/compatdata.

Ironically the best solution is to use Proton-GE or other externally installed Proton versions, since these don't relocate with the library.
