Hello @metro952, if you've globally disabled the Steam overlay, there isn't going to be a per-game override to enable it later. You can have it enabled globally, and then control which games you want it enabled or disabled in the per-game properties -> General -> check or uncheck Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.

When I disable the steam overlay in the settings for all games so that it does not interfere that I accidentally turn on, for example, I can not for a selected game such as dota2 turn on the overlay to see the fps.
How do I enable the overlay for only one game when it's disabled in the general settings?
