Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Enabling On system wake and power up under Steam -> Settings -> Security triggers a lock screen on login. This results in the lock screen being shown twice if Before showing login screen is also enabled and you use the Change Account option. Users therefore have to enter their pin twice.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Navigate to Steam -> Settings -> Security.
  2. Enable On system wake and power up as well as Before showing login screen.
  3. Select your profile icon.
  4. Select Change Account.

As of the latest Steam Beta (1769474221), the Before login screen lock-screen option has been deprecated. It is therefore no longer possible for a user to accidentally trigger a double lock-screen on login.
