Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Enabling Use as Wake Movie won't play the startup movie upon wake if the On system wake and power up lock screen option is enabled. The startup movie is instead deferred until after the device is unlocked. This is a bit unexpected as the device is already awake by that point and the Steam library can be seen briefly flickering in prior to showing the startup movie. This is also inconsistent with the behavior displayed on Boot where the Startup Movie is played prior to the lock screen.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Navigate to Steam -> Settings -> Security.
2. Enable On system wake and power up.
3. Navigate to Customization.
4. Enable Use as Wake Movie.
5. Press the power button to put the device to sleep.
6. Turn the device back on.
7. Enter your pin.

• Startup Movie does not play upon wake and is instead shown after the device has been unlocked.
