Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When viewing a game's Steam Deck/SteamOS compatibility pop-up, after entering the details page you are unable to immediately use the joystick to move between tabs without first pushing the joystick up to focus the row and then pressing A to confirm a choice when highlighting a specific option. Otherwise, you will be stuck without focus on the correct tab row so left/right joystick movement and button presses appear to have no effect.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Enter a game's page in your library
2. Go to "Details" for SteamOS Compatibility
3. Try to use joystick left to switch to the Steam Deck tab (or joystick right to the SteamOS tab if on Deck)

You won't be able to move back and forth between Steam Deck / SteamOS tabs using the joystick and A button

This moves focus to the correct tab row
