I have been having trouble with Left4Dead 2. I was trying to audit workshop items to see if something there might be the issue. However I can not click on Subscribed Items as it clicks on the workshop item below the menu. Like wire trying to click on manage / properties of a game or anything in menus the click goes to what is below. I have tried with and without the input compatibility, it fixes/changes nothing.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch Steam
2. Try to click on anything in a menu
