Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When Steam is using GamepadUI, the touchpad on the Legion Go S does not support pressing down to click. This works fine on desktop mode when the Steam client is running in the background, but if you launch Big Picture Mode or use Game Mode then click events stop working. This affects both the Steam UI (i.e. holding down the STEAM button to use the touchpad/right joystick as mouse) and in-game when the trackpad is set as mouse.

Notably, pressing down the touchpad does work if the press event is simply being used as a button, which is the case in the default Portal 2 layout for the Legion Go S.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch Steam in GamepadUI
2. Attempt to use the right touchpad as mouse to click anywhere in Steam
