Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Please link any large code pastes as a Github Gist

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. from a game in library navigate to its workshop page.
  2. from the "Your Files" drop down menu under "Your Workshop Files" section.
  3. select and click "subscribed items" or any of the links from the menu list from the previous step.

Steam opens the "Most popular" link which happens to be behind the drop down menu instead of the users "subscribed items" from the drop down menu list of links.

  1. okay from the most popular page where steam navigated to, under the "Browsing: Items" section
  2. select the "Most Popular" drop down menu. Click the "most subscribed" or any other link in the list.

Steam opens the mod item that is behind the drop down menu, not the item from the drop down menu list.

The only place I experience this issue is within the workshop pages. Steam main store pages and user library is okay.
