The option to redirect the user to the Game Recording settings within the Steam Menu is shown as View Background Recording. This creates a duplicate entry on the Game Recording tab with the first correctly redirecting to the Background Recording on the Media tab, but the second one to the Game Recording settings.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch a title with Background Recording enabled.
2. Navigate to Steam -> Game Recording.
3. Press down a few times to show all on-screen buttons.
