Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Opening the Power Menu via Steam -> Power can occasionally cause the game and controller layout panels of the Steam Menu to remain hidden upon returning to it while in-game. Mouse input (Mouse or Touchscreen) will cause the panels to reappear. With a Gamepad, the user must resume game and re-invoke the Steam Menu for them to unhide. This can be observed when manually pressing B to dismiss the Power Menu but also upon resuming from Sleep.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Launch any title.
  2. Once in game, navigate to Steam -> Power.
  3. Press B to dismiss the Power Menu.
  4. Highlight the entry for the active title.
