Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

There is a visual corruption bug that shows when you click on your username on your friends list to set your status (online, away, invisible, offline) Sometimes it goes away after repeatedly clicking on it or after restarting steam a few times. Please see the image below.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start Steam
2. Open friends list window
3. Click on your username (note: repeatedly clicking on it alternates between the visual bug appearing or not appearing, it's semi random)
