When going to any item in the steam workshop, then pressing 'Y' to bring up the details panel, the label at the bottom corresponding to the 'Y' button should say something along the lines of "Close". However it instead says "#FILTER_TOGGLE".

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Navigate to any steam workshop item.
2. Once in an item, press 'Y' to bring up the details pane.
3. The incorrect label for the 'Y' button should appear at the bottom
