Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam becomes black after the last update (from 1746211562 to 1750287942). I'm using SteamOS 2.0, Linux 4.11, Glibc 2.19, X-Server 1.20.7, glvnd 1.1 and NVIDIA driver 440.82.

I'm using that command to start:

__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia steam

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start Steam
2. See the black window like in a screenshot.
3. Now you can only use the system tray icon.
