Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

In Russian localization, the Power section in settings is incorrectly translated as "Выключение" (Power off). It should be "Питание" (Power). This is confusing for users. See attached screenshot.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open settings
2. Switch to Russian localization
3. Go to the section that should be "Power" (currently "Выключение")
