Clean install of steam os, Re-installed all games I had installed prior to clean install.
going back to steam os and steam client stable fixes issue. However system>update is still borked and attempts to
update to steam os/client beta, regardless of settings. latest betas appear to disregard settings all together. many
things can be toggled and then completely ignored and reverted after a reboot or even right after changing settings.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Storage only show 11 of my 71 installed games
