If a background recording for a game does not exist yet, it won't appear during the first launch. This makes creating clips on the fly cumbersome if you don't know this happens
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Make sure that a background recording for a game doesn't exist
Start a game
Open the Media menu
Result
The background recording doesn't appear on the first launch. After relaunching it does and you are able to create clips on the fly while a game is running
Expected
The recording should be available as soon as the game starts recording
