Started happening last recently. Steam BPM goes all over the place when I resize. It's not possible to resize.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Open steam in Big Picture Mode
Resize the windows

Apologies, this is quite frustrating. Is there any workarounds atm besides switching to the regular client.

@kisak-valve Just realized that I was on steam beta. I reverted it back to stable and seems to be resizing properly now. Will update the issue title, but feel free to close the issue if this is an expected bug on beta atm.
