Opening the controller settings and going to the Current Button Layout and pressing 'A' [LOAD NEW LAYOUT] crashes Steam.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Start Steam
  2. Go to Controller settings on ANY game.
  3. Go to LOAD NEW LAYOUT.

Reverting to Steam stable version 1751405894 / 28th June restores things to normal.
