X Make Default prompt is shown in the Steam footer even if the currently highlighted library is already the default. This issue isn't present on the Options (Y) menu.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Insert a MicroSD card or other external storage device into a Steam Deck.
  2. Navigate to Steam -> Settings -> Storage.
  3. Highlight a non-internal library.
  4. Press X.
