Attempting to set or download a Startup Movie using the Touchscreen or Mouse input will update the selection (Steam footer shortcuts can be seen updating) but the selection doesn't occur unless specifically clicking on the Thumbnail.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Navigate to Steam -> Settings -> Customization.
2. Use the touchscreen to attempt to set an active or download a Startup Movie.

• Tapping or clicking anywhere on the Startup Movie entries other than the thumbnail will fail to set or download the relevant Startup Movie.

• Tapping or clicking anywhere on the entry's row will set or download the relevant Startup Movie.
