While using the Steam Deck client, checking for updates on desktop mode and clicking "View patch notes" will pull up the regular Steam client update notes rather than the Steam Deck client update notes:

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. While using the Steam Deck client, load into desktop mode
2. In the desktop Steam client, go to Steam -> Check for Steam Client Updates and check for updates
3. When the blue banner appears at the bottom to view patch notes, click it
