When checking for System updates in the Steam Deck client on Legion Go S and a firmware update is available, the client shows update notes for the latest Steam client beta. This does not make sense because:

1. I am not enrolled in the Steam Client beta on this device
2. There is no Steam client update available, only a system firmware update

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. On Legion Go S, check for system updates when a new firmware version is available
