I cannot see those games on linux games list even they have native support. Why not bring those games on the list and with some discount?

Jjohndrinkwater 2013-02-03 github

Likely because they are still betas ;)

This is not a bug. CSS does not have an available Linux client (did you mean cs 1.6), and HL1 is in beta.

Please don't ask for discounts here, it makes the whole community look bad.

So is steam? ;)

But those are old games. For example I have 2 other CSS games. Why would I buy the oldest one if I already know that there will be a port later?

what is a CSS game?

TTele42 2013-02-03 github

@Punisher01: CSS is short for Counter-Strike: Source

PPunisher01 2013-02-03 github

I know what CSS stands for, but deri82 said about "2 other CSS games".

Counter strike source and counter strike global offence.

PPunisher01 2013-02-03 github

Oh... Now I understand.

It's simple. You buy the game because you like it. It doesn't matter if it's old because it's more played than CS:S and CS:GO

Dderi82 2013-02-03 github

Well I do like the game, but I already have 2 of them. And the changes aren't that big. Actually I have 3 different versions, if counter strike source beta counts. I do like good graphics, but it's like time travel back in time 1.6 source.

Ddemencia 2013-02-05 github

I really don't get what the f... he's trying to say.

Dderi82 2013-02-05 github

You must be stupid then. What's the point of owning all CSS games and paying full price of a game that has been relased years ago. The only advantage having it on your hard drive is native linux support if you already own newer CSSs. For example CSS GO works on WINE already.

Once HL and CS leave beta, no doubt they’ll be listed on the store to purchase. Please don’t argue over the pitfalls of game bundles in a bug tracker…

Nothing extracted yet.
