Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Since the update of September 17th (Build 20022951), "Fullscreen" is not available anymore in the list of display modes in Counter-Strike 2. It is only possible to select "Windowed" or "Windowed fullscreen". "Fullscreen" is not present in the list anymore. The issue persists with the newest NVIDIA drivers and after a reinstall of Debian 12. If I select an older version of the game, older than 1.41.x.x, "Fullscreen" is still present.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Start Counter-Strike 2.
Go to the video settings.
Go to video.
Try to change display mode, notice that "Fullscreen" is missing from the list.
Start an older version of CS2 (e.g. 1.40.9.6), in any case before 1.41.x.x.
Notice that "Fullscreen" is still present in the list.
