Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

There are two scenarios in which the network icon displayed in the Steam header is incorrect. In both scenarios, navigating to Steam -> Settings -> Internet forces the icon to update:

1. Connecting a wired connection while actively connected to wifi will cause the wifi icon to persist.
2. On the Login / Account Creation Screen, while connected to wifi and / or a wired connection the disconnected icon will be shown. This has been fixed. See https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/12347#issuecomment-3401894249.

Scenario No. 2 - Steam Big Picture

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. On Steam Deck while connected to Wifi, connect a Wire connection via a Steam Deck Dock or USB-C hub.
2. Navigate to Steam -> Settings -> Internet.
3. Select your Account Profile and select Change Account.
4. Press Steam to display the header.
