first, the game is not displayed on the whole screen but only on the bottom-left part of it.
then, as you can see on screenshot, the "Quitter" button is hovered while the the mouse curosr were actually pointing near the black cross I added on Italy.

I have 2 screens plugged on my machine (one 1280_1024 and one 1920_1200) and the first time I launched the game, it started on the little one.
So I quit the game, disabled the 1280_1024 screen and launch the game again to force it to start on the 1920_1200 screen. and I obtained what you can see on the screenshot.
the game seems to stay displayed in 1280_1028 resolution but if I look in video options, the only resolution I can choose is 1920_1200.
This bug was closed because the issue concerns the game and not the Steam client. Please contact the game developer on their official website with this information.
