Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I want to begin using mods in Ready Or Not on Kubuntu but i can't since the mods option blocks my mouse and keyboard inputs from even pressing the mods button again or any other buttons on the left side of the main menu when the mods option is pressed. This makes me have to restart the game to even be able to do anything else in it since it seems to have "kicked my inputs" of the game window. The only thing i've found that can be some what interacted with is the friends drop down button in the bottom right corner. It's the only one that even lights up when hovering over it and that i am able to press after hitting the mods option.

Extra issues: The game freezes for 5-10 seconds when joining or hosting a online game lobby. Massive texture loss for about 2 seconds when joining in or back into los suenos police headquarters. The game has recently began having crashes, once when joining in a lobby and another crash while playing the map "Hide and seek".

//tnx for reading and for the work on compatability layers, hope you have a great day!

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Launch Ready Or Not and get into the main menu.
  2. Press Mods button in main menu and get mostly input locked.

Hello @UnknownTsunami, we're tracking issues with games run with Proton in the Proton issue tracker. Also, we're using one issue report per unofficially supported game title, so I've gone ahead and transferred this issue report to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/5985#issuecomment-3387398894.
