I recently get this warning when I try to open a link from within Steam (Recent News section from a game for example) if Firefox (my default browser) isn't already running.
The full error reads:
SQLite Version Error
The application has been updated, but your version of SQLite is too old and the application cannot run.
With a missing icon though I think that's related to the various entries about the missing system tray icon.
If I run Firefox first and then click the link everything works fine. Close Firefox and I get the error again
Now I only spotted this after the Feb 1 update, but it might have been in longer, since I usually have Firefox running.
System setup is:
Arch Linux x86_64
Steam Build Feb 1
sqlite 3.7.15.2-1
firefox 18.0.1-1
Minor bug though and easily worked around so no hurry.
