When navigating the system settings menu in game mode, once you have put the cursor on any item (by gamepad or touch screen tap), and swipe until you don't see the item, menu will come back to where the item at after a few seconds.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Settings menu
2. Go to System, place cursor on Software Updates (or any other item) by D-pad or tap
3. Swipe down to the bottom
4. Menu jumps back to where the Software Updates at
