If you spray at least around 6-8 shots in a row, the next shot you fire will not hit center, even if you wait 8 minutes before firing next shot it will fly off randomly.

You must switch weapons, drop weapon and pick up or reload to stop the bug.
Also of course firing again resets the bug.
