If I put my Deck in download mode and then press a single button, the duration the display is kept active is small enough that it goes away before the TV has enough time to display anything
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Plug the deck to a TV
Download a game
Put the Deck into Display-Off Download mode
Press a button to view the download progress
Result
TV shows nothing because it doesn't have enough time
Expected
The display should stay longer when an external display is detected.
