Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I should be able to manage all DLC associated with my account in Steam client, especially ones that are still being installed.

The Borderlands 2 Ultra HD Texture Pack has been unlisted along with most other BL2 DLC (leaving only 5 on the store).

Steam client says I have 45 DLC for the game and allows me to enable/disable 45 DLC; the UHD pack is not in that 45.

My fresh install of the game today includes all the files of the UHD pack (941171) (not leftover from previous install). It's fairly obvious because the game is 13 GB and the UHD pack adds 9.5 GB; it's also noticeable in-game (visually and with higher VRAM usage).

It's especially problematic for this DLC because it is a known cause of various graphical issues and crashes, and there is no way to disable it in-game. But that's not relevant; I should be able to disable it in Steam client even if it had no problems.

Note I'm using the Windows version of the game via Proton. The native Linux version was neglected and did not receive later updates.

Attachment: my appmanifest_49520.acf, created when installing the game today, lists 62 depots including 941171
