Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

steamwebhelper is using 100% cpu core but only when steam window is currently the primary window.
When steam window is not on top of other windows, CPU usage is normal.
Desktop is KDE Plasma (Wayland).
Enabling hardware acceleration doesnt help.
It does not happen when viewing store pages or other web content, only on this library page.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open Steam, go to Library view and select any installed game.
  2. Make sure steam window is currently on top of other windows
  3. Monitor CPU usage and observe 100% cpu load on a single core
