You cannot access the keyboard after using Big Picture

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. device - steamdeck/oled
2. steam/power button - Switch to Desktop
3. Desktop mode/tray - open Big Picture Mode
4. steam/power button - Exit Big Picture Mode
5. create a text file and call up the virtual keyboard by pressing the x button or the steam+x button for the file name or inside the file, or the search bar in the browser, then the keyboard does not open and you have to restart the steam deck
6. using the beta version has the same result
