Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Occasionally I forget to change to game-specific performance profiles, which leads me to edit the global settings accidentally. It is annoying to notice later why a more demanding game is running slow. To remedy this, I recommend that whenever the user edits power settings for the first time per game, the settings are automatically switched to use per-game profiles

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open a game for the first time
  2. Open the QAM and edit power settings
  3. Do not explicitly enable per-game profiles

Result

Global settings get edited

Expected

Once per game, the global setting should automatically switch to per-game when editing.
