Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I use a Wacom Pen Tablet instead of a mouse sometimes, and I'm unable to drag or resize the Steam Client Window when using it. It works fine for all other Ubuntu windows/applications I've tried so far.
Using a regular mouse also works fine with the Steam Client.
I also tested using the PS5 controller's touchpad as a mouse and that works fine.
Clicking buttons in the client works perfectly fine, it's just changing the window itself that doesn't work.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Attempt to drag the Client Window by clicking and dragging the title bar with a Pen Tablet instead of a mouse. Or attempt to resize the window by clicking and dragging the Windows edge when the cursor changes to the resize cursor.
