Rx7600xt Mesa git drivers

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I did a fresh install of Nobara on my pc, and installed Steam VR on it. I was able to play VR through it just fine, but after exiting VR, every game i try playing gets stuck on "launching". Ive tried downgrading mesa drivers, Reinstalling steam, reinstalling game files, Different versions of proton, and restarting my pc multiple times. There are no updates available currently for my system.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. install and play steam VR
2. Quit
3. try launching any game

Other info:

-Wayland kde
-Steam servers are having issues today
