Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start laptop.
2. Start Steam.
3. Wait a little.
4. System stops responding.

Was happening very often in mid December 2025.
Then stopped for awhile.
Today it have started again.

In mid December it usually was first Steam launch of the OS session.
Today it wasn't.
