Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam Window is invisible and won0t work until Steam is completely restarted. I recorded a video showing how the window "exists". I move it between virtual desktops and nothing. On the journalctl there seems to be some warnings about UnixProcessIdUnkown (There is one about switcheroo-control missing but that shouldn't be related to this)

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Not sure to be honest, I just started Steam, closed the window and used the PC for a few hours, I went to open my library and couldn't.

PD: HW acceleration for web content on the client is already disabled.

If this is something to report to Gnome I will, but this has only happened to me with Steam...

I am under NixOS and am experience a similar issue where the steam webui is invisible. Tray icon and bigscreen work fine, any combination of typical solutions (IE disabling hardware acceleration, playing with CEF launch flags, etc.) do not resolve the problem.

I am having the same issue. Running on CachyOS + Gnome + Wayland
