The in-game chat (messagemode/messagemode2) keyboard layout is always QWERTY.
I have an AZERTY keyboard so I need to know the equivalent of each key on the QWERTY keyboard to be able to type correctly.

It's not a dupe. The other one was with the options menu, was fixed by the last update and is closed. This one is with the in-game chat. Please reopen.

EDIT: I see the other one is reopened now. Wouldn't it be better the other way around?

Details on how to repro please, just so I don't miss the issue. I would just hit "y" when in a server and type to see the problem right?

Yes. Just use "Y" or "U", and you'd get the problem.
