Hello @ElectricGuitar1000, the logs in ~/.steam/steam/logs are plain text. You can inspect their contents at your leisure. Generally, it's not useful for a dev to look at your log set unless we're investigating a specific issue.
Regarding the kisak-mesa PPA, that's part of launchpad's infrastructure and connection speeds to that are out of Valve's control. It's likely all PPA downloads from launchpad have about the same download speeds. Intel optimizations are entirely handled by the mesa devs.

Are they anonymized? Is it possible to enable automatic uploading within the Steam client to help the developers? But always anonymized please, I like to contribute, with such kernel logs etc, complete feedback, but anonymized, and opt in always
2 - Is it possible to increase the download and update speed of the Kisak PPA? I am from Brazil
Please optimize it more for Intel, Intel onboard, and enhance it with extras, whatever is possible, to increase performance.
I use it on Kubuntu, Wayland, with an ICC Pro Photo RGB profile, always preferring color quality, zero tearing, maximum bits per color, etc., the best quality whenever possible 👍
