In the Steam client for windows you can middle click anywhere in the Steam window and then you can scroll up or down just by moving the mouse up or down (similar to the behaviour in web browsers) however this doesn't work in the Steam linux client

Steps to reproduce:

1. Middle click on a blank area in the Steam client for linux

What happens?:
Nothing

Expected results:
Be able to scroll up and down by moving the mouse after middle clicking just like in the windows version of Steam
