Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When doing a download on steam at the validating game files section or any section where the disk is being used primarily, the disk usage will start at normal speeds such as 800 MB/s and will drop. After about 30 seconds the disk usage drops to about 60-70 MB/s which it will stay at for the rest of the validation. My SSD is the Predator GM7 2tb.
