GUI in discovery queue is not behaving as expected.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

This can be done in the steam client(Arch & Ubuntu LTS '24) as well as the website (Firefox & Brave)

1. Navigate into your discovery queue
2. Start a queue
3. Open drop down on "ignore" and try to select "played on another platform" with TAB or Mouse.
