Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I paired my phone with my steam client and pressed connect. All I saw is my cursor which I thought was some permission issue so I opened fedora's settings and all I saw was auto allow remote input. Then I opened steam settings and tried checking on and off "Use NVFBC capture on NVIDIA GPU" and hardware encoding which did nothing. I tried restarting the steam client but same thing happened.

I discovered that movements of the cursor are only updating whenever the cursor is on steam or steam related window
also garry's mod doesn't work with steam link

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Pair your phone with steam via steam link
2. Connect
3. Black screen
