Hello @DIL-38, this reads like an issue that should be investigated on your desktop environment's side, specifically by the maintainers of the window manager, or possibly your video driver vendor. It doesn't read like a Steam client issue.
If they take a look and find a decent hint pointing back to something on Steam's side, then please add a note here with their findings.

i use pop_os. before the bug appeared i saw games be a black screen with game in the corner when i focus to another window(like when switching to obs and recording the window in question). now if i unfocus the game it becomes a black screen with game in the corner and i cant interact with the game or open steam menu with tab+shift. some games dont work because if it like cyberpunk 2077 because i open a launcher, the launcher works normaly but it launches another window which is black. this might be impacted by me using music player "clementine" while steam is active since it first appeared after i used it but the bug appears even while the music player is not active.
